Wtf how is Pueblo part of her district? I always wondered how Aspen was also part of the same district. Honestly I have never been to Rifle I thought it was down south by Walsenburg which is also the 3rd district.
The line is drawn almost along the continental divide. Except for a couple of diversions. D2 swings over and includes parts of Vail and Breckinridge. Then further south D3 goes east to include Pueblo. Rifle is almost dead center of the district on I70.
