Oh yeah I am fully aware I was raised by alot of propaganda on tv and in public school. But when you learn that you were lied to the whole house of cards starts to fall. I see the world like I'm wearing those sunglasses Roddy Piper had in They Live

I think it started to get bad under Clinton, worsened under Bush, and then went full retard under the full retard.

I got to experience the wonder of No Child Left Behind, Common Core, and liberal college professors screeching at me about Trump for 4 years.

It’s a miracle I have free thought!

My nephew ran that same gauntlet, with a bit of help from his Uncle Hamster.

I'm actually impressed by how many in GenZ are based.

In large part, it's due to IQ. Some percentage of Gen Z is smart enough to not fall for the liberal BS.

Did you have a good home life and parents that were involved?

Yes and no. My parents were divorced and my dad wasn’t around too much for the first part of my life, but I had a lot of positive male role models in my family.

My grandpa always taught me to question the status quo. He didn’t buy into the narrative ever.

Don't forget Bush 41 was CIA director and was high ranking in the U.S. Liaison Office to the People's Republic of China.

If someone described a country where the top spy was elected President, then eight years later his son become President and he was followed by a first term Senator with a secret/hidden background.......yeah.

Yeah, I wasn't politically aware during Bush 41, so didn't know if the clowns had taken over the system yet.

But if you're going to do the Bush family history, Prescott needs a starring role.

I'm not sure it started under Clinton.

I suspect it's always been this way.

In the age of the internet, more of us can tell.

Mccarthy wasn't wrong that Hollywood was full of commies.

Back then, they only told the big lies like Gulf of Tonkin and other minor things that started wars.

and what is it now?

War_Hamster 11 points ago +11 / -0

Now, it's still full retard, but they're not hiding it anymore.

I lack the vocabulary to describe in any more accurately than that.

Why do you think I don't have a TV in my apartment, and have never owned one?

1
RegularAmerican 1 point ago +1 / -0

I think like the Internet it's poison depending on the kind of doses you're taking. Tv should not be navigated by a child. I don't think TV is bad inherently. Like if it were just andy griffith re runs it would be fine

If the cable/satellite/streaming subscription wasn't funding the MSM....

Back in my day we payed for tv with our time by watching stupid commercials. But I'm an old mad now.
