Frail, old, frightened, person says something: "Bless your heart", "I hope your day gets easier"
Anyone else: (depending on how obnoxious they are) "Shooo", "Scram", "Fuck off"
Business owner or employee: Generally, I don't engage. I just turn my back on them as they're mid sentence and walk out. Although sometimes it's worth pointing out that they're wearing theirs under their nose, or other employees aren't wearing one... then it might be appropriate to ask if they're retarded. It's never worth arguing, explaining, or making a scene.
I was already fined $186 bucks for no mask in a store and calling the fat LGBTQ clerk a mask nazi very loudly as she came after me and tried to strong arm me. Keep in mind I am in MT in a libtard county... It was not worth it... I guess lol
