The bodycam footage from his final arrest wasn't clear enough to conclusively prosecute, but the fact that he did exactly the same thing a year prior, swallowing fentanyl pills which they forced him to spit out, is strong enough evidence for them to show with 95% certainty that he was swallowing fentanyl.
Now if only the judge let the jury see that evidence of the Floyd doing the exact same thing a year prior..... but it seems like the judge isn't going to allow the jury to see that:
