The bodycam footage from his final arrest wasn't clear enough to conclusively prosecute, but the fact that he did exactly the same thing a year prior, swallowing fentanyl pills which they forced him to spit out, is strong enough evidence for them to show with 95% certainty that he was swallowing fentanyl.
It's enough to cast reasonable doubt that Chauvin kneeling on him killed him, so we're about to see BLM chimp out. The left won't be funding them to do it this time, I think. I believe they've lost the reins on the beast they thought quite tame.

The question is whether any jury is brave enough to make that decision
The direct and indirect pressure on them to convict is massive. Wouldn’t surprise me if NYT outed the jurors and BLM threaten them.
