Prices on goods and services will not go up as a result because the market won't be able to afford the higher prices. How can more jobless people afford to pay more for goods and services? They can't.
People predicting prices going up on everything are missing the bigger picture, and looking at the best case scenario. Most employers can't afford $15 an hour for their entire staff, so they will hare less and there will be more broke people who can't afford to buy ANYTHING.
That is going to destroy the entire economy.
This is a ploy to destroy the Middle Class; the one class that literally spun itself out of nothing, sui generis, as the countervailing power against the tyranny of the Upper Class and the repressive superstitious ignorance of the Lower (or peasant) Class. The elites absolutely loathe the Middle Class; and, their leftist ilk have been determined to crush it since the Renaissance.
