Dracula is fiction, Vlad the Impaler, on whom he was based, is not. Windsor is a fabricated name, adopted by the royal Brits during World War I, when at war with the Germans because the true surname is super German. The TRUE surname of the royal family is Saxe-Coburg und Gotha; Queen Victora's husband, Prince Albert, was Frankish royalty (Franks = German), and he was Elizabeth II's grandfather, and Harry's great-great grandfather.

"The name Saxe-Coburg-Gotha also refers to the family of the ruling House of Saxe-Coburg and Gotha, which played many varied roles in the dynastic and political history of Europe in the 19th and 20th centuries. In the early part of the 20th century, before the First World War, it was the family of the sovereigns of the United Kingdom, Belgium, Portugal, Bulgaria, and Saxe-Coburg-Gotha, [...] As of 2016, branches of the family still reign in Belgium, the United Kingdom, and the other Commonwealth realms." And even to this day.

If they were actually Vlad's descendants, there would be Saracen heads lining the streets of London by now. Instead a Saracen is the head of London.
