That's probably only 1/3 of the fraud too. That report only cover from when the ballots were picked up to where they were counted. There's also fraud where ballot drop-boxes were supposed to only be placed where they could be monitored--they weren't--and that ballots going into them were from legitimate voters--the weren't either as fraudsters used un-monitored drop-boxes to ballot dump illegal ballots.

I think they are hoping that the fraud is so massive, nobody will believe any individual part of it.
