The problem is not legislation, but actual enforcement. Why did they not pass a Voter law first to ensure there are proper Executive Branch members elected to implement these laws as intended? Why the cart before the horse? Think!
My only objection is that they aren't simply executed. Such filth should not be allowed to be a burden on the taxpayers.
