Hospital is wall to wall non-English speakers

That is nearly the law in the USA, UK, Canada, Australia.

France too, but they speak French there anyway.

Visited a hospital. 70% of staff were Chinese. 10% Middle Eastern/Indian. Was in an elevator, two old nurses started going on in Spanish.

It was a private hospital.

A public hospital, the Third World live in those places, stacking the lobby and emergency ward like amusement park fans used to fill up Knott's Berry Farm.

Is it entertainment for them? Do they just like getting "free" medicine? They enjoy sitting in a crowd of a hundred people, watching the little TV sitting up there on the wall in a corner?
