With the sheer amount of white liberals that would gladly “fight” on their side because of how much they hate themselves, it wouldn’t be that easy if a race war somehow did pop off.
You’d have pretty much all blacks, 40% of whites, and 50% of hispanics on one side with 60% of whites and remainder of hispanics on the other. Asians would likely stay out of it and just sit on rooftops, or maybe join the whites.
The FBI knows they don’t have to do anything about that particular threat because it is self defeating.

The majority of white liberals would not fight once bloodsheed starts. They got where they are from being beta and they will continue that way.
They wouldn't need to fight. Our military was neutered under Obama, and will do it for them.
