It's singular. It's similar to how I used to hear people say "Barnes and Nobles" all the time when the actual name is "Barnes and Noble." And here's another one. People used to say "Christopher Reeves" but his last name is just "Reeve". Oh and here's another one! There's a restaurant called "Claim Jumper" but people always say "Claim Jumpers".
