I agree that there are levels of degeneracy and you can’t make big culture changes all at once.

eBay once tried to switch their background color from yellow to white and people were outraged. So what they did is over the course of a year, had the background slowly change colors from yellow to white and nobody cared.

Culture wars are won painfully slowly. Gotta destroy the worst degeneracy first, then slowly change public perception and eventually work your way back to how things were or how you want them to be
