Well if you live in MN I suggest stocking up on plywood and fire extinguishers

Bad advice. GTFO of any area where riggers rig.

I would suggest seeking political refuge in a pro 2A state.

I'd recommend stocking up on 2nd Amendment, but this is a state under Democrat authorities, so we all know how well that would work out.

  1. Chauvin followed established MPD Policy and Procedure.

  2. The County Coroner stated Floyd Did Not Die From Asphyxia

The knee on neck restraint being shown in MPD policy pretty much destroys any chance of proving intent to harm and rules out 2nd degree murder.

Which is why the Judge was 'forced' to charge him with an 'additional' Third Degree Murder charge.

The 'fix' is in...

No, but the defense will call the examiner to the witness stand.

I don't see how this is even going to court. Floyd's family has no standing. He's already dead.

“Moot” - SCOTUS

I think this was the BS report indicating neck injuries could have caused the death, and downplayed the amount of drugs in St. George.

Currupt courts

This is a good thing my dude. It doesn't allow the family's quack doctors to come in and turn the autopsy report on its head to say the cops killed him by kneeling on his neck.

You misspelled "cunts"

I’m convinced they’re deliberately botching this for an acquittal.

True but they were going to riot anyway. If they bring back 3rd degree and convict there will still be riots because he didn't get 2nd. If he gets 2nd, which would be a miscarriage of justice, then he likely wins on appeal anyway and gets off with double jeopardy and the riots ensue.

booblitchutz 1 point ago +1 / -0

There will be some rioting and looting, certainly. But the riots last summer were a massive investment with the aim of removing Trump from power. They won’t have that money now to grease politicians and DAs and Judges and recruit and feed and house and provide drugs to their foot soldiers. It’s going to be a much smaller scale than you think.

How is that not withholding exculpatory evidence?!?!?!

They have the official autopsy from the county medical examiner. The quack that did one at the behest of the Kirbys was bs.

theycallmemk 1 point ago +1 / -0

the medical examiner that floyd's family hired did not even examine the body. They came to their conclusion exclusively by watching the video lol.
