It doesn't really matter if they allow cameras or not. Your average person isn't going to watch days of courtroom proceedings. If you've ever been to a trial you know its long and its boring. If the media doesn't cover it, 99% of people will never hear about it and you know the media isn't going to cover it (at least not honestly) no matter how many cameras are allowed.
You are correct. I've watched many hearings in my day but I didn't get past 10 minutes yesterday. When I was streaming CourtTV they showed the picture of GF swallowing drugs. They were clear as day in his mouth. The police cruiser had traces of Meth and Fentanyl, so did the vehicle George was driving and George's system. One of the commentators was trying to make the point that these would have no difference. How in the fuck am I supposed to take that shit serious after that?
