I was about to say I never saw so many windows with bars and tall fences with wire as when I visited the south. I had no idea it was liberals causing the problems.

Rural crossroads between Florence and Hartsville. Small shop, maybe an old gas station. Bars on the windows. Driving through Timmonsville below Florence. Places with 12 foot high barb wire fences around their lots.
Same thing in Baton Rouge. Tire place with the same fence. One shop had a roll down metal door for the front, although that could also be for storms.
Later on looked up the demographics of Timmonsville and I sure wouldn't go there at night.
