For work I am currently writing, with a small group, a manual for a mentorship program that we are rolling out at the most profitable arm of a fortune 50 company. The program is entirely about leadership and peoples interactions with co-workers, employees, etc. in order foster more of a sense of team play and ownership. So what you could say is "I am literally writing the manual on how to work with people."
Aside from that, Yes I do love my dogs and working with them. Teaching them new things and jobs. They quite enjoy it as well.
