Because of how they act... People never truly hate anyone because of how they look or people would hate people with downs syndrome and shit like that... It's how they act!!?.. has nothing to do with skin color and since anywhere you go in the world the ghetto is where the blacks are then it's because that's how they act and that's in their DNA .....
