There are infants born with both sex organs, some with deformed sex organs, some missing, and sometimes missing all together. Ask any nurse who works in a nursery or nicu.
To me that would be a horrible existence so ultimately I have compassion for these individuals and feel we should be finding a cure instead of normalizing the defects.
Intersex individuals are not what we are talking about. Those poor souls have physical birth defects and need medical assistance to live a life that works for them. Choosing to remove functional testes and create a front hole out of a penis is not correcting a birth defect. It is indulging mental illness and lowering the value of womanliness to purely external characteristics.
Do we teach mentally retarded people it's ok to be retarded or teach them to not be?
Do we teach blind or deaf people to sit around and do nothing or teach them how to operate in the world with their defects?
Do any of these teach that everyone must be as they are or like them for how they are or they are bigots? No.
So in like manner anyone who has a twisted or perverted sense of sexuality they need to change their ways no matter what it is. And hermaphrodites don't count.
Ohhh and btw all people are born with body parts from either their female mother or male father. Everyone. But if you got a twig and berries or don't then you are going to be and should be held to walk and talk like whatever it is that you have. To do so otherwise is a life of lies and dishonesty. To yourself and to others.
