After my two week vacation, I realized that I was being selfish and wanted to go back to work but the two weeks morphed into a year. My kids were denied an education, sports, and everyone's mental and physical health suffered. We were glued to screens, separated from friends and loved ones, and denied travel, speech, and assembly. Those two week paid vacations came with a heavy price tag.

good point. In Florida I got paid more in benefits than working and because it's Florida within a few weeks everything was open again anyway so there were plenty of things to do. After they showed it was all bullshit by not condemning blm bullshit breaking the "covid rules" I woke up to the scam. But I have to admit that I enjoyed being paid more to sit on my butt rather than working. That lasted for about 3 months and even with all the social venues open I was bored. Finally back to work a few months ago and love it.
