7 The Air Force Wants to Outsource Some of Its Pilot Training to Private Companies. I think more of AF becoming a Social program of freaks. No qualified AF pilots to train. It is a shame what is happening to the best air force in the world. I will bet you that the Chinese are not having this problem.
