This is the sort of stuff that Nazi Germany's Nuremberg laws ushered into Nazi Germany. The exception is that its labeling black businesses in the hopes that people support the business but I have a feeling that its also going to enable people to avoid buying from black owned businesses.

As for me, I'm just going to look for the good ol "Made in U.S.A." label because that's the only one I care about. oh yeah, and also avoid anything made in China.
