Where was this photo lifted from? Time? Is that from inside a building in DC?

If it is recent pic claimed to have been taken somewhere in DC, then yeah, this is fucking mega-BS, and they just don’t care to cover their tracks. This indifference to covering their tracks is the most alarming aspect, if all is proven true of the claim on this photo.
