Questions like these really make me wonder whether the right strategy for Americans (providing there is no meaningful recourse to existing fraud) is to attempt to out-vote the fraudulent activity, or refuse to vote as a matter of protest. If 75 million Americans stay home during the next election day, does that accomplish a lot, a little, or does that only make things worse? I'm really not sure.
