Did any one really think they would abide by the 22 month law? A law is only as good as the enforcement. No one is enforcing this, I don't even think any one can enforce that law, who would be the agency anyways ?
It's great to be upset and call them out on it ... I just don't see a way to stop them.
These people are operating in some phantom untuchable jurisdiction. If we physically try to stop them then we get arrested. When we demand police, local government officials, county state federal etc, we get the "nothing I can do about that" or "I'll look into it".
