I'm afraid you're correct. I've been fighting back for a year but people here are mentally finished after 5 years of anti-Trump messaging and a year of covid propaganda rewarding them for ratting out their neighbors.
Eventually they'll start ratting out friends and family with political differences, but yes I agree I think the path is irreversible unless some brave Canadians sit in on the House of Commons meetings and refuse to leave until changes are made. Then its a few steps away from them arming up and military turning on us. But nobody has arms here LOL so yeah donezo.

I've heard for years about how people can't speak up because they'll lose their job and their overweight family may need to eat home cooked food in reasonable portions if that were to happen, because the commies aren't gonna find a way to take your job anyway
