Article V convention of states should happen before secession.
The Convention has been fought for far too long.
It's a slow process... requires getting, I think, 34 states. The number is slowly going up, and if HR1 gets pushed through, I hope to see it go to 50 (I know it won't....).
We need something decisive to push the last handful of states to convene a Convention of States. I suggest State Nullification pushes that showdown.
