I've never seen the term "Framework Revolution" and it still doesn't look like a generally in-use term, but damn if that doesn't explain exactly what has happened to software development over the past 15 years and why its become so miserable.

I've only heard it from people that use frameworks, i.e., the ones that can't code all that well lol.
