Simpson" when a friend played them for me a long time ago. His songs made me laugh my ass off, of course, but I didn't know his whole story, just that he was some "crazy guy" from Chicago that liked to make music with his keyboard. It's been years since I've listened to him, but something as unique as his songs is something I've never forgotten. When I saw your comment, the phrase "McDonald's is the place to rock" popped back into my head, so I looked up the song again, and looked up a little more about him. I saw that there are a few documentaries about him on youtube, so I'll have to check those out. It would be interesting, to say the least, to hear what he would be singing about today.
