Tim Scott is my Senator. I liked him during the campaign. however he pissed me off something wicked and i dont think im getting over it anytime soon. on 1/5 i wrote his office begging him to take a stand and ended it with a quote from the great Thomas Payne "I prefer peace but if trouble must come let it come in my time so my children may live in peace"

Then of course 1/6 happened and a couple tables got flipped over which is apparently the greatest atrocity thats ever happened. 1) because I wasnt being literal and 2) i knew the inquisition was coming. I wrote him again on 1/6 to clarify and distance my words from those actions.

2 months later I got canned responses 1 day after another for "we appreciate your blah blah blah ....click here to send us money" ....So my mind may change, but for now, fuck that guy.

Having said that this statement is factually correct, but i can get this amount of wisdom from a 6 year old
