It's just horribly acted, pantomime. How is it, the night before 1/6, when there's literally a million people are visiting this area, the only other soul in this video is a single guy walking a dog? There's no way this video was shot on 1/5. On 1/5 there wouldn't have been an empty parking space anywhere on these streets, or there would have been traffic barriers for crowd control.
The FBI planted the bombs. They also shot this video with a crisis actor afterwards because it's so fucking obvious they created this false flag.
