Can we give it to ourselves? I’m not sure how long people are going to be able to get around not having it. I HAVE to fly to see family but I’m not getting it

They can't make you do anything. And believe me, if push comes to shove you will find a way to see your family without flying commercial if that is the wall blocking you.
