Voter fraud is like dominos, if one case wins it sets the precedent for more to fall.

Rickshawrick 49 points ago +49 / -0

Right, but we can’t seem to get the first one

DragonEnergyDick 38 points ago +40 / -2

Honestly, this may sound absurd, but I have faith that we will see some legal victories.

It hasn’t been very long, only time will tell.

i'm a bit black pilled but i sincerely appreciate your optimism

if we have concrete proof and the courts don't do anything, we take matters into our own hands

I hope you're right, but I've been practicing holding my breath in case I need to go swimming sometime soon, looking for some lost items.

I appreciate your optimism. I’ll keep that in mind when we have to hang every subhuman judge and lawmaker from lampposts for treason.

Well if we would have petition the court before we picked the court it would only be moot because of latches

2
Farmerbob1 2 points ago +2 / -0

We need to get the case heard by a GA court outside the Greater Atlanta area.

Have you been reading my mail?

What I said earlier today;

"We only have to win once. They have to go undefeated."

5
bighomiebeenchillin 5 points ago +6 / -1

define win tho. da courts will honestly prolly agree that there was hella fraud and election laws were broken, but so what? da electoral college already voted for biden and that demented ho been in da white house for months now

4
War_Hamster 4 points ago +4 / -0

That's an interesting question.

What I think should happen is that if a state proves fraud, they have to decertify their electoral votes. It is illegal to certify a fraudulent election, so the results cannot stand. I don't think the state can just switch its electoral votes, although that would be ideal.

We just saw a court rule for a do-over in a down ballot race for this reason. However, we can't do a do-over for the Presidential election, unfortunately (it'd be an even bigger landslide). So I believe they'd just void those electoral votes and bring Biden closer to 269.

If that one state opens the door for 2 or 3 states to do the same, Biden could end up with fewer than 270 Electoral Votes. We would not have a legal winner of the Electoral College.

So who becomes President? It's decided by Congress, only it's one vote per state. That favors Republicans something like 28-22, and Donald Trump is your POTUS.

That's one scenario, and I think it's plausible.

Junionthepipeline 1 point ago +1 / -0

I think if the court agreed and wasent bought in any number of ways they wouldnt go down that road. It's too ballsey.

You assume the courts care when they threw out all the cases, even with all the proof we already had. Cute.

5
DragonEnergyDick 5 points ago +5 / -0

It only takes one.

DeadOverRed 3 points ago +3 / -0

The first domino is made of reinforced concrete buried into the earth's mantle.

22
PatriotPen 22 points ago +22 / -0

Okay, so who will he give this evidence to? We are out of legal options. There is a MOUNTAIN of evidence already and not a judge in this country gives a shit. It's 'moot' now that they've locked Biden in the WH and put up a razor wire fence around the Capitol.

War_Hamster 21 points ago +21 / -0

A lawyer friend explained that the level of court corruption is really regional. Obviously, DC is the worst.

We were discussing how to get SCOTUS to hear an election fraud case. If you can get a favorable lower court ruling, then win at Appeals, either SCOTUS hears the case or the lower court ruling stands.

He suggests the odds are decent that we'll get a 1-2 punch somewhere soon.

Now what happens at SCOTUS? I'm not going there.

GlacialSpeed 6 points ago +6 / -0

Top comment, well said.

The corrupt courts are all having their day now.

All we need is one impartial judge and the house of cards starts to shake.

5
War_Hamster 5 points ago +5 / -0

Yup, but we can't wait around for it.

We need to act like we're not going to get a Hail Mary and do the grass roots work that'll be necessary either way and also push back on all fronts.

Chayabrocha321 7 points ago +7 / -0

Good going we need a harsh push for election integrity if we are going to win in 2022

bill_in_texas 6 points ago +6 / -0

Amazing a non governmental group with no help from, and none of the resources, of the state of Georgia, can ferret this out, but the state of Georgia, with their resources, is helpless, like a newborn baby, to discover the same fraud. It's almost like they didn't bother to try,

5
EagleOverTriumph 5 points ago +5 / -0

I love the smell of blatant voter fraud evidence in the morning. Smells like the hair of children being sniffed by an illegitimate president.

5
NPC11011110000 5 points ago +5 / -0

We already know. What's being done about it?

5
Megascandal 5 points ago +5 / -0

They better show at least 100,000 examples of fraud or flipped votes or they are basically a joke. It's not more than the margin of victory, IT IS VASTLY MORE.

CL1984 5 points ago +5 / -0

hurray for Matt. it is a major undertaking and i understand that many patriotic volunteers gave their time.

the election always smelled fishy, but more information is coming out as time goes on. there is an ongoing fight to audit Maricopa county results in Arizona, among many other initiatives undertaken by patriots and suppressed by the media. i am attaching a link with information on a particular area of interest to me -- a comprehensive audit of PA voter rolls.

at this rate, the National Guard may end up arresting Biden and the other Democrats who were called in to protect these crooked politicians from the people

Thanks for that link. You should make a regular post with that.

3
CL1984 3 points ago +3 / -0

Yes, I try to remind people about it as I can. It'd be good if instead of spending money on RINO election campaigns, the Republican fundraising machine gave some money to us grassroots guys to do this and other investigations.

1
Susurro [S] 1 point ago +1 / -0

Ah, actually, I didn't realize it's a fundraise. Not suposed to push for fundraisers here. But you're coreect, we need to get better at outsourcing our politics. The Left has grown masterful at that....while we all go to our jobs they're always out "community organizing".

4
TheDeSantis 4 points ago +5 / -1

We should totally go vote and I don’t want my message to be misconstrued.

But let’s say we prove all this fraud in time for 2022 and 2024 and fully eliminate it.

They will attempt some new method. Silicon Valley can’t afford for a serious conservative to ever be president again.

The thing is 10-12 years from now they will WISH Trump won.

Whether it’s an effective conservative or an effective liberal. By then they will be so far down their censorship rabbit hole that the government will have to shut them down or do a strong breakup.

It’s an inevitability.

If they let Trump attack them via legal means now they would have all got a slap on the wrist.

God bless this patriot fighting back

3
carl_spangler 3 points ago +3 / -0

To fix election fraud the methods of how it is accomplished must be unearthed so that they can't do it again. It's gonna come out and Matt Braynard is one of many at the forefront of this very important battle.

Maybe that's why all the NG are in DC.

2
ThePatriot_2021 2 points ago +2 / -0

All fucking leftists must fucking hang.

2
worldofsmut 2 points ago +2 / -0

Can someone familiar with constitutional law explain this.

Let's say, one day by some miracle there is overwhelming, incontrovertible evidence Trump won.

Then what? What's the legal process for undoing Biden's inauguration?

2
throne-away 2 points ago +2 / -0

Some people don't realize that if Braynard managed to make a lot of this stick, and be credible enough, the conservative press, and conservative politicians will gain leverage by claiming Biden was fraudulently certified. They will use that as a reason to ignore or to have states overturn his executive orders. He will become a lame duck president in the middle of his first term.

Unfortunately, it means that the GOP would have to be smart enough to use the opportunities given to them, a condition in which they have been lacking for the past decade.

1
throne-away 1 point ago +1 / -0

Also, I'm glad to see Braynard posting this on Gab.

1
shadows_of_the_mind 1 point ago +1 / -0

So let’s say SCOTUS grows a pair and hears about the fraud. What happens next?

1
Siteless_Vagrant 1 point ago +1 / -0

Why do I feel like it's also going to show that no one intentionally stile the election, and no reasonable prosecutor would bring such a case?

“open it to journalists to review now”

You mean some conservative-right journalists? Sure.

If you meant MSM journalists, then: BWAHAHAHAHAHAHAAAAA!!!!!!!!
