Can anyone tell me if Knoxville, TN is based? I'm looking for a midsize city with things to do at night but without the filth, trash, degradation, crime, and corruption of all the wonderful blue fuckhead cities.

Went to MTSU back in 2006-2008. It was pretty awful, but I was also a trainwreck of a human being at the time.

Murfreesboro definitely had that college town feel to it.

Grew up in Mid Tenn and Murfreesboro was, as a joke, the trashy little druggy brother of Mid Tenn towns. We came to realize it wasn't really a joke but rather entirely accurate.
