Can anyone tell me if Knoxville, TN is based? I'm looking for a midsize city with things to do at night but without the filth, trash, degradation, crime, and corruption of all the wonderful blue fuckhead cities.

I can't tell you if it's based or not as I've never been there and don't anybody who has, but I'm in the middle of a move myself and have found this site helpful: https://www.bestplaces.net/city/tennessee/knoxville

The "Categories" links on the left are especially helpful and break it down to things like Cost of Living, Religion, Politics & Voting, and Crime, and even Commute Time.

Step 1- find and download “strategic relocation” pdf. Think it’s like $5-10. Step 2- study it. It’s worth every penny.
