Can anyone tell me if Knoxville, TN is based? I'm looking for a midsize city with things to do at night but without the filth, trash, degradation, crime, and corruption of all the wonderful blue fuckhead cities.

I was spoiled enough to live in Farragut. Actually, I lived in Concord so I had the Farragut life without the Farragut taxes.
