Can anyone tell me if Knoxville, TN is based? I'm looking for a midsize city with things to do at night but without the filth, trash, degradation, crime, and corruption of all the wonderful blue fuckhead cities.

Just moved to TN from just outside Philly PA. I’m in the north east area and love it!! Been to Knoxville a few times so far and it’s fun but I’m glad I moved north of it! The tri cities area is based. Lots of Trump flags and virtually no masks! Lots of good places in TN try not to have your heart set on a big city, trust me you won’t miss it :)
