It's also just the nature of the collectivism disease. Once the actual labor that goes into making your life work is no longer visible in your daily life, you start to lose what's left of your connection to the rest of humanity.

Also comes from the diversity disaster. People from different tribes occupying the same land aren't as invested in building a community up, so they're more likely to accept people who say the government will do it for them.
