2465 Can anyone tell me if Knoxville, TN is based? Libertarian-leanings. I considered the town a while back. Generally speaking it’s a university town in the south, so it can be a swing city. However, no shortage of based patriots, and you are right outside the smokies. Tons of opportunities to enjoy God’s creation. I considered the town a while back. Generally speaking it’s a university town in the south, so it can be a swing city.
