Been following Gun Violence Archive for some time. They went from 2500-3k sources 2012-2018 to 7500 sources in 2019+. Guess how the stats trended?
In 2020 they changed the definition of mass shooting to 4+ people shot in one incident from 5+. They use their own definition, not the FBI or any LE's definition.
But one thing they got right... living in NY, gun violence has gone up every year since the SAFE Act was instituted, but it's my black rifles that are evil. Riiiiiiiight....
Most gun homicides are committed with handguns.
