I took a friend to a job interview today at the local zoo.
While I was sitting there waiting to find out if I needed come back later or wait - a cop pulled up and slowly circled my vehicle before telling me that he'd received a report of a "suspicious" looking male "loitering" in a vehicle in the parking lot.
I'm thinking that some Karen called the police because I was the only person out there without a mask.
Luckily he left once he verified that I wasn't some dangerous criminal and had valid reason to be in a public space. Lol..
That's exactly how it goes. When I was in the business there was a phrase we used: "I'm sure you'll give it the attention it deserves." The cop responding didn't know if he'd find a guy whacking off to kids at the zoo, or a guy reading Hamlet. I hope the OP isn't literally shaking.
