This has absolutely nothing to do with the first amendment.... you were allowed to go there and exercise your first amendment and since you did nothing wrong, nothing will happen to you....
That's technically how it's supposed to work....
Yeah they're trying to flex their muscles but even they know that a lot of the people they have charged probably won't get convicted anyway...
and about there being federal agents on websites like this, well that's just common sense and a tale as old as the internet.....
