If you follow the science this is not debatable. Recognizing this fact is actually forward thinking and progressive. If someone was suicidal would society just let them kill themselves because that is how they felt? Just because a man is deeply psychologically ill and thinks he is woman doesn’t mean we can’t treat them for the disease. This is actually helping these people rather than enable the disease. The same facts hold true for homosexuals. Both science and morality agree that heterosexuality is natural and anything else is a disease. Conversion therapy was vilified because it was tied to religion. It needs to be brought back and should be part of the conservative movement. Enough is enough and it’s time for society to be honest about these diseases.

I don’t know what causes it. Perhaps mutation is a better term for that. The lisp and girlyness of gay men could be mental illness. The act of being gay I don’t think science would say it is.

Mutation would be a valid term that I don't really think anybody in the LGBT crowd would be upset with. As for the girlyness, that's also science. Studies have shown the brain chemistry of gay men and lesbians more closely match the opposite sex than their own, leading to a lot of gay men acting feminine and a lot of lesbians acting very butch.

Regardless, I don't really care if someone is gay. I don't want to see you smooching in public gay or straight. You do you (not you literally, I don't know you). It doesn't cause them harm, and it doesn't affect anyone else. They can't trick you into liking them or forming a relationship like trans people can before dropping the truth bomb. There have been instances where a "woman" gets involved with a man BEFORE telling them they're trans. It's fucked up. What if the guy wants children? What if he isn't okay with an artificial body? A gay person can't do that. You're either gay or straight.

And that's interesting about the brain chemistry. I'm no biologist and my research into the subject is pretty limited. Only aware of the statistics regarding suicide and whatnot. I've known a few gay people growing up. Some acted like normal men and you didn't know they were gay till they talked about their husband. Others had that lisp thing and it annoyed me so I ignored them. It's not a huge concern of mine like transgenderism is.
