I'm more willing to go with the Milo was groomed as a teenager into becoming gay and he's starting to realize maybe he's actually straight and it was his abuse as a child by the gay community that made him gay.

Similar to how most LGBTQ+ trans/homos/bi aren't actually any of what they say they are but are groomed into it by our degenerate system.

I have often considered that meth is the secret sauce to ‘becoming gay’. I mean when you’re that amped up, you turn into an Omni-sexual. Who knows if it’ll settle back in the same place once it wears off?
