If you're asking why them when Pedes don't like him either, well, most of his opposition in 2017 was coming from the same pencil dick faggot establishment types that would go on to screw us over last year.

However, if you're asking why he would prostrate himself in front of them instead of Pedes, your guess is as good as mine. But I suspect that after he lost not only his position at Breitbart (and his public standing) but also the majority of financial backing with the passing of his friend shortly thereafter, he was probably stuck in a position where no mainstream conservative outlet would even touch him and it was obvious the establishment was sharpening its knives against Trump.

Considering what's happened since then (I mean, lets be honest, the movement didn't have anything like the momentum it has now during the day-to-day Trump admin) and how even his own attempts at creating a news outlet didn't work out it's likely probable (if not outright likely) that he became jaded in his support and realizing how much influence the establishment still has, is desperately looking to find a way back 'in', most likely assuming they're still the same today as back in 2017, when his appeal might have meant something. But it's 2021 now and the establishment's Democrat overlords have driven them to impotence and simply tolerating more and more decadent communist degeneracy.

Honestly, I think Milo's just out of touch and desperate to get out of the isolation his poorly thought-out antics landed him in and it's probably for the best that he isn't reaching out to Pedes; he's become so accustomed to failing to sufficiently think before he speaks and acts that he'd just be a detriment to the movement. The Milo of 2014-2016 is who you'd want, when he wasn't setting fire to literally every bridge he crossed just because he could.
