It is confusing, but they aren't threatened by antifa and their rioting. They are threatened by posters that rightly implicate D.A. Mike Schmidt as the reason why they will be rioting again. After all, the rioting and destruction "don't appear to be related" to the antifa BLM riots, so those who were arrested for those reasons during antifa BLM riots have had their charges dropped! Lets face it -- the Dems ALLOWED all that to happen because they felt it helped rile up their base to vote against Trump. Now they expect to just be able to turn it off. The problem is, the rioters want more now and all the people who lives were destroyed may just join them or not care because the city sure as hell didn't protect them from their losses.

Some clever pede made a poster about the complicity between government and antifa and they aren't even hiding it that the poster is more of a threat than violent rioters.
