So I just got signed out of my P.W account on my Samsung, I go to sing back in and it says I'm already logged in???
It diverts me to authentication.win and does nothing, just says to refresh but that still does nothing
I can't sign out to sign back in again it's stuck
Can anyone help
You have a window open somewhere. Close all .win windows and try to log back in on a fresh new page.
No I've backed out of everything, restarted the phone, and still same thing
I'm signed in on a virgin tablet with nothing on it as it's the free thing that came with the phone
I know I'm not banned, or blocked, I just can't get in, when I load up a fresh page and go to PW it says I need to log in, but then says I'm logged I still

This happens to me too when I haven’t accepted the “cookies” pop up and I am using a VPN. I recently had to get off VPN and close all browsing pages to be able to log back in because I was getting the same message as you. Maybe someone in the mod team can explain. I bumped ⬆️
Thanks Yeah I'm not using a VPN here, (im at my elderly mums for a month) might just get her one as a present, was just using my data plan

Sorted, I had to back all the way out of the page using the go back button, and go back page by page, then closed all tabs, restart the phone and hey presto it's back working

Lol yeah I don't think it's been hacked, I'm on my account on another device, and my cell just sux its Samsung so
Never log out
I didn't, it just all of a sudden logged me out, went from nite mode to blinding white, and said "sign in"
Which when I went to sign back in, said I was already still signed in... But I'm not
I'm using this new tablet now so will sort the cell out later
