So I just got signed out of my P.W account on my Samsung, I go to sing back in and it says I'm already logged in???
It diverts me to authentication.win and does nothing, just says to refresh but that still does nothing
I can't sign out to sign back in again it's stuck
Can anyone help
You have a window open somewhere. Close all .win windows and try to log back in on a fresh new page.
No I've backed out of everything, restarted the phone, and still same thing
I'm signed in on a virgin tablet with nothing on it as it's the free thing that came with the phone
I know I'm not banned, or blocked, I just can't get in, when I load up a fresh page and go to PW it says I need to log in, but then says I'm logged I still

This happens to me too when I haven’t accepted the “cookies” pop up and I am using a VPN. I recently had to get off VPN and close all browsing pages to be able to log back in because I was getting the same message as you. Maybe someone in the mod team can explain. I bumped ⬆️
Thanks Yeah I'm not using a VPN here, (im at my elderly mums for a month) might just get her one as a present, was just using my data plan
Never had this problem, thought I'd been banned or hacked for a quick min
