I've thought for a while a few trenches in the middle of 100 yards of densely planted Cholla as a barrier would solve it. No way to walk through that shit. Try driving through it, you crash in the trench. Now your sitting in the middle of a sea of pain. Best part is any attempts going through would just knock parts off which would grow back making it thicker. Might not be all that hard to crowd source planting in busy corridors.
If you guys make me president, I'll go one further, and put fifty million mines along the border so they'll have to work to clear those, too.
