First of all, they have to do everything they can to cover the fact that he has dementia. Otherwise, they have to admit to the country that they duped everyone (well, at least democrat voters) by putting up a cognitively challenged candidate for president. So when it finally reaches the point they can no longer keep him propped up, they'll remove hime for medical reasons. Most likely, you'll hear it on the news that "The president was taken to Walter Reed Hospital for an unknown medical episode". Then later on, it will be reported as a severe stroke or aneurysm, and that he can no longer fulfill his duties as president. Enter Kamala Harris.
